The secret tea in the garden
Waking up to the sound of chirping birds and the aroma of freshly brewed tea was simply delightful. The garden offered a serene escape where I could unwind after a day of exploring.
However, my room’s heating system was temperamental and took a while to warm up, leaving me shivering initially. A little attention to details would enhance the comfort level greatly.

Trails End Inn has a warm vibe. The self check-in made settling in easier. I loved the coffee and oatmeal offered in the mornings. After a long day hiking in the rain, being allowed to use the mud room shower was a great perk. The shared bathroom was clean, but I wasn't expecting to share. There were structural quirks in my room. the floors sloped towards the window. The tub felt a bit outdated, and the shower curtain didn’t do a great job at keeping the water in. On a plus side, the cookies in the afternoon were a sweet touch!

I stayed in a deluxe single room with a cozy fireplace, which made the atmosphere so relaxing. The self check-in was super smooth. The shower was a bit outdated and I noticed some noise from the hallway, but the clean space and afternoon cookies kind of made up for that. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra blankets and the overall comfy vibe. Breakfast options were nice too!
